The Big Bang Fair South Wales, MOD ST Athan, Vale of Glamorgan Thursday 11th April 2019 EESW / STEM Cymru is holding one of the largest events in STEM in South Wales on Thursday 11th April 2019. There will be over 80 EESW teams from across South Wales attending to display the work they have completed during their EESW Project in 2018-19. Visitors will experience the activities EESW/STEM Cymru can offer schools throughout Wales – including the exciting F1 in Schools STEM Challenge! There will also be shows and exhibits throughout the day, and Denford will again be exhibiting at the Event – demonstrating the Denford Router 2600 Pro, VLS3.50 Laser and UP BOX+ 3D Printer. The Big Bang Fair North Wales, Venue Cymru, Llandudno Wednesday 27th March The Engineering Education Scheme Wales (EESW) is holding this year’s Big Bang Fair North Wales on 27th March – an Awards and Presentation Day to celebrate the work of 6th Form Project Students. Denford will again be exhibiting at this Event – demonstrating the Denford Router 2600 Pro, VLS3.50 Laser and UP BOX+ 3D Printer.

F1 in Schools UK National Finals 2019 – Hosted by Airbus Monday 11th & Tuesday 12th March at Airbus, Broughton, CH5 3PP Aerospace giant Airbus has partnered with the leading global education STEM Challenge, F1 In Schools, for its UK National Finals 2019, where the top 40 teams from around the country will be competing for the National Champions’ title. The 2 day event will be held at Airbus’ Factory in Broughton, where wings for the company’s entire family of commercial aircraft are manufactured. Along with a Router 2600 Pro CNC Router and an UP BOX+ 3D Printer, Denford will be showcasing the latest range of Denford F1 In Schools Equipment, including the Air Trace Visualisation System and Race System. Also on display will be the innovative F1 In Schools Primary STEM Project, including Launch System and Roll-Out Race Track! See us in the Denford DAMTR (Design, Analyse, Make, Test and Race) area.
