The F1 In Schools Stem Studio

INTRODUCING THE F1 IN SCHOOLS STEM STUDIO: A new concept for STEM education, launched collaboratively by F1 in Schools and Denford, providing an instant STEM facility! We are delighted to introduce a new concept in STEM education, which has been developed and launched collaboratively by F1 in Schools, Denford and Technology Supplies. The innovative F1 in Schools STEM Studio offers high-quality equipment and resources within a dedicated stand-alone classroom, providing a complete, instant solution for engineering education for schools and colleges around the world.  Primarily developed to deliver the internationally-renowned F1 in Schools programme, the fully-resourced STEM Studio additionally offers teachers the opportunity to deliver bespoke design & technology / engineering related courses. Housed in a 40ft ‘high-cube’ container, the air-conditioned STEM Studio is furnished with a suite of F1 in Schools equipment, including the Air Visualisation System, Race Track and Race Control System, a Denford CNC Router and Lathe, a Laser Engraving Machine, 3D Printers and consumables.  A meeting area with AV equipment provides the theoretical learning area to complement the practical application of STEM subjects offered by this unique facility.  There is also comprehensive range of manual machines and hand operated tooling for car finishing. The F1 in Schools STEM Studio is an ideal instant solution for schools wishing to offer STEM related courses – particularly those in remote locations without access to the resources required for STEM learning.  The only requirements are a cabled 3 phase 415V power supply and a solid flat surface for location for the 40ft long x 9ft 6in high x 8ft wide classroom.
