As a Software and Technical Support Engineer, Tise's work sits at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and exploration - helping shape the future of Denford’s software while continually pushing boundaries, both professionally and personally.
Engineering Growth and Innovation
Tise describes his career as a lifelong journey of collecting “exotic seeds” of knowledge from every environment he’s encountered. Having studied Mechatronics and Robotics, his background spans systems engineering and full product development - covering mechanical design, electrical systems, and the programming that brings machines to life.
At Denford, Tise sees the business as more than just a workplace. The environment, where experimentation and growth are encouraged, has allowed him to apply his diverse skillset while continuing to learn at every opportunity - something he values deeply.

At the Heart of Software Development
In his current role as Software and Technical Support Engineer, Tise wears many hats. His main focus is the development of a new software suite for Denford - working on systems that will support and enhance the performance of Denford machines well into the future.
A true systems thinker, Tise thrives on dissecting and analysing machines, looking for opportunities to refine, improve, and innovate - both in hardware and software. The constantly evolving nature of the role keeps him engaged and motivated.
“If a project gives me the opportunity to learn, it gives me great joy,” he says. “The dynamic aspects of this role keep me on my toes and excited about the problems I get to solve every day.”
It’s this passion for learning and problem-solving that makes him such a natural fit within Denford’s engineering-led culture.

Beyond the Code
Adventure plays a central role in Tise’s life, and his interests are as varied as they are energetic. From cycling through the countryside and rock climbing, to martial arts training, teaching children, and even developing games - he embraces experiences that challenge both body and mind.
Sport is a constant, too. One week it’s learning tennis, another it’s drifting on ice and snow, brushing up on drumming skills for an audition, or swapping the gym for Pilates with friends - often with ‘humorous results’.
“I love seeing the wonder in the world,” Tise says, “and showing it to others as well.”
Weekends are often filled with events, conferences, or performances, so his downtime comes in the evenings - usually unwinding with a run or cooking a lavish meal while dancing in the kitchen.
And perhaps his most memorable fun fact?
“Most people need music to dance,” he laughs. “I’ve got a radio in my head that I can turn on whenever I want - so don’t be surprised if you see me dancing in total silence.”
