If you have the misfortune of losing the software and you do not have the software installed or backed-up anywhere then you will have to purchase a replacement licence.
It is possible, however, to retrieve the licence file from installed software, but it depends on the product you have.

We recommend running all of our routers with extraction, we supply built in extraction units for machines supplied on bases.
The majority of Denford machines require a standard 13a plug and supply. Exceptions to this are:
- Vacuum bed pumps
- Turn 370 Pro
Which both require a 16a supply.

The majority of Denford machines are designed to fit through a single doorway, with the only exception being the Router 6600 Pro which requires double-door access.
Machines can be supplied either desk-mounted or pre-mounted to a bench, the bench is a standard size for all machines.
Allow 1.28 x 0.74 meters for the bench and 1.68 - 1.93 x 0.74 meters if the computer extension is fitted.
Other options may change this.

All UK orders are sent by overnight courier service, whilst international orders are sent via air or sea, depending on circumstances and destination.
