About Us
For over 80 years, Denford has continuously evolved and broadened its product line to encompass the design and production of an extensive range of CNC milling machines, lathes, and routers.
We have developed CNC milling machines, lathes, and routers specifically for educational and training purposes; products that are commonly seen in STEM and Engineering labs around the globe.
Traditional CAD/CAM software and hardware solutions are our core business, but beyond these primary offerings, Denford also provides Laser Cutters and Cutter/Plotters.
STEM Racing
At Denford, we believe that engaging students in 'hands-on' cross-curricular activities is fundamental to STEM education.
We take pride in being the founding sponsor of several pioneering educational initiatives, including STEM Racing the (formally F1 in Schools STEM Challenge), the world's most extensive and thrilling STEM project (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths), the recently introduced STEM Racing Primary Class, and the Denford Primary STEM Project, which brings STEM education into the primary school setting.
With a presence in over 60 countries, the F1 in Schools STEM Challenge, initiated in 2000, continues to captivate and inspire students with the allure of Formula One™. The program has an established history of elevating achievements in interdisciplinary STEM subjects, enhancing educational standards by infusing genuine enthusiasm into the learning experience.
STEM Racing is an authentic industrial project that offers students the chance to explore new technologies and materials, understand product functionality, and cultivate essential life skills.
