The Track
Designed to be durable and moisture resistant, its light aluminium construction makes it easy to assemble, break down and store.
The elevated four-lane track measures 23.65 meters in length, comprising 11 sections and 24 support legs and incorporating cable management.
Timing sensors are built into the finish and sector section of the track for accurate and consistent finishing times.

The Race System
The Race System consists of everything you need to get racing.
It includes start and finish gates with infrared sensors, digital display, and multiple race modes (including Reaction Time and Auto mode).
Integrated with a hi-resolution 28" screen and Wi-Fi connectivity, it offers real-time results, team tracking, and accurate race-timing - ideal for competition.

Halo Deceleration System
The Halo Deceleration System is an innovative mechanism designed to safely slow down STEM Racing cars after they cross the finish line.
This system integrates a physical 'halo' structure into the car's design, echoing the driver crash-protection systems used in real Formula 1 cars. The halo features a circular notch that aligns with an arresting cable positioned in the final track section.
Upon crossing the finish line, the arresting cable engages with the halo's notch, effectively decelerating the car.

Custom-built Flight Cases
Our flight cases are manufactured from high-quality, hardwearing materials and are built to withstand the rigours of frequent use while keeping your equipment safe and secure.
With reinforced corners, heavy-duty handles and smooth-rolling castors, the cases make storage and transportation simple and efficient.
In addition, precision-cut foam inserts ensure that each component has its place, minimising movement and reducing the risk of damage.
