A pathway to bigger opportunities
Entry Class is designed as the perfect introduction to STEM Racing for secondary schools, providing students with their first experience of engineering design, teamwork and competition.
But it doesn't stop there.
As students develop their skills and confidence, teams can progress through the Development Class and ultimately the Professional Class, taking on increasingly advanced engineering, manufacturing and project challenges along the way.
This progression allows schools to build their STEM Racing programme over time, introducing new technologies, developing technical skills and creating opportunities for students to compete at a higher level.
From Classroom to Competition

Where will STEM Racing take you?
For ambitious teams, the journey can lead from local and regional events to the STEM Racing UK National Finals, with the very best teams earning the opportunity to represent their school — and their country — at the prestigious STEM Racing World Finals.
Every world-class STEM Racing team started somewhere. For many, that journey began with Entry Class.
