STEM Racing has the Continued Support of Formula 1

Denford Ltd is proud to announce its ongoing partnership with the global STEM Racing programme, formerly known as F1 in Schools.

This rebrand signifies an exciting new chapter for the programme, now officially supported by Formula 1. As a longstanding collaborator in delivering innovative solutions for STEM education, Denford remains committed to empowering young minds worldwide through its cutting-edge technology and educational equipment.

STEM Racing retains the legacy of F1 in Schools, inspiring over 1.8 million students annually across 64 countries to explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects. The programme enables students to engage in an immersive experience where they design, manufacture, and race miniature Formula 1 cars using professional-grade CAD/CAM software.

Denford has been instrumental in providing the essential equipment that supports these activities which have been pivotal in the programme’s expansion and success, enabling students to learn through hands-on experience and fostering pathways into engineering, design, and motorsport careers.

The Future of STEM Racing with Denford and Formula 1

The rebranded STEM Racing programme will continue to evolve as a leading initiative for inspiring the next generation of innovators. By collaborating with Formula 1 and leveraging Denford’s expertise, STEM Racing will bring the excitement of motorsport to classrooms and competitions worldwide.

Students work in teams to develop their own F1-inspired projects, taking on roles such as design engineer, project manager, or marketing lead. Their efforts culminate in regional, national, and World Finals events, where they showcase their skills before expert judges.
