The Denford Router 6600 and 6600 Pro are large-format, floor-standing CNC routers designed for education, engineering training and advanced manufacturing projects. Denford’s largest CNC router provides a generous 1000 x 600 mm working area, enabling users to machine large components or operate multiple fixtures efficiently.
Suitable for wood, plastics, acrylics, modelling foam and prototyping materials, the Router 6600 delivers fast, accurate and repeatable machining. The Router 6600 Pro adds the capability to machine non-ferrous metals, alongside enhanced spindle speed control.

The Router 6600 / 6600 Pro offers large machining capacity at high speed. Its significantly larger work area allows multiple fixtures to be bolted to the T-slot table simultaneously, making it ideal for handling varied or consecutive projects with efficiency.

Note: The Router 6600 is suitable for machining wood, plastics, acrylics, foam and other prototyping materials. The Router 6600 Pro adds non-ferrous metal machining capability, together with spindle speed control and spindle speed override.

CAD/CAM Software for the Router 6600
Every Router 6600 and Router 6600 Pro includes the software required to control the machine and create 2D CNC projects.
VR CNC Milling supports industry-standard file formats, including DXF, DWG, EPS, Gerber and G&M code.
QuickCAM Pro can be added for producing toolpaths from STL files and other 3D designs.
QuickCAM 2D Design
QuickCAM 2D Design Software is an advanced, yet simple to use, wizard based 2D CAD/CAM package, which now includes V-Carve Extension as standard.
